Went on it earlier to register and it won’t let me. A message comes up saying "Don’t allow Hotmail.Com addresses.
Why don’t they allow people to join who have Hotmail.Com as there e mail address? I’ve never known anything like this before.
It’s almost certainly because Hotmail email addresses are the common ones used by nefarious characters, sites that I maintain are set to treat Hotmail and Yahoomail accounts with suspicion… It would be a good idea to update to Outlook.com email address, which you would have already been advised to do by Hotmail - you will already have the same Hotmail name just finishing with outlook.com instead waiting for you. There are a couple of extra security hoops to jump through to get it set up but they are there to make your email address more secure.

I’ve flagged this up to the moderation team. I’ve also sent a message to Rikki, i assume he will have the office bods at RTM look into this for you and we’ll get back with an answer as soon as we have all the info. Thanks for your patience…

Why would Rikki or RTM be remotely interested about what happens on a taxi driver’s forum?
