I won’t go into detail but due to things that have happened I may not have a job after thursday and I’m currently suspended until then so if anyone knows of any warehouse jobs going near Knottingley ( Wakefield/Pontefract/Castleford/Normanton Preferably, Selby at a push) or if anybody needs a drivers mate feel free to pm me or comment below.

Oh dear. What you done?
As I said I wouldn’t go into details, i’ll put it like this. I had an earphone in said right hear. Was on store returns so meant I was out of the way of everyone/moving forklifts etc. Manager caught me during shift, I was pulled into office by the line manager told not to do it again. Sent back out to work not even 2 minutes later was pulled back into the office. Suspended under H&S and I’ll be back in on Thursday to be sacked more or less.
Had an incline they wanted me gone the moment I got there, I just happened to give them ammunition to do so. My fault entirely but not exactly a life or death situation. But what is done is done and can’t be fixed. So now looking for a new job asap so I’m not left stuck after Thursday. I’ll await the snide remarks and comments as I shouldn’t have done so will be ignored. Genuine answers will be replied to.

Read the highlighted bit…that is the exact reason why I’ve been suspended. Breach of company H&S policy or something or other. And having already received a warning at the start of the year because of the clocking in and out issue I doubt my job is in safe hands. Kind of petty but nevertheless nothing unusual about where I work
