i do mine off the red airline to a 40’ hose, and tyre inflator. it’ll only get me to 90psi, but it’s enough to get me out of the [zb].
£30, and i got an air saw and grinder which brought it up to about £50. good for clamps.

PSI doesn’t inflate tyres, you need CFM to do that.
It’s both really.
The volume of air in CFM that a compressor can put out drops as the pressure in the tank (or your tyre) increases. If you want to pump up wagon tyres there’s no point in having a compressor that can put out loads of CFM at 50psi if it drops off to near enough zero by the time you get over 100psi due to inefficient design. A decent compressor will include a chart that shows its output in CFM at various pressures from 0 up to 150psi and for pumping up tyres it’s the numbers at the top end of that range that matter the most.

yeah looked at one of the other compressors this guy is selling same as in pic but 200ltr tank think it was £320 realy cheap for brand new one.
do anyone think they would be any good for what i want it for ■■? or a bit to cheap to be any good

You should be able get more than 90 psi even without putting the cruise control on PTO.

If you’ve got a couple of trucks and you want to inflate tyres swap wheels around and a few maintenance jobs then yes it’s a bargain even if it only lasted 2 or 3 years.
If you’re looking to run full time workshop operation or use in a service van then no. Although, having said that you could buy a second as a back-up also for less total price than the well known brands.
