Massey Willcox are from Chilcompton , not Devon way.
if they laid them down on the flatbed then they’d have to do more paperwork cos they’s be oversize plus there’d have to be more site prep cos of the needs of the crane - they’re meant to be straightlifted off the trailer — if they were laid down nice and neat then they’d have to be craned off and then craned into position meaning more money spent — cos of the double movement — by the construction company — also doing it this way means that all the liability is with haulage company…
DOLLY BLACK SHEEP:

Yes it’s a bentons actros out of alma park.
may i ask what you base that statement on?
as just about every one alse has agreed that it’s not a benton’s wagon…
I stand corrected! It was indeed a Bentons truck out go Alma Park. Defective trailer apparently. The driver still has a job!
Going back a few years I’m sure they had some concrete panels come off of a a-frame ,sure it was on the corner of new beacon rd and harrowby rd,it came down and damaged a car,but can’t remember how bad the damage was,and if anyone was injured, long time before bentons, can’t rember who did work then .
