Anyone in Lytham on Armistice Day tomorrow?

If you happen to be nearby, and can spare a few moments…

RIP Sir.

Ken.

I turned out to this, there was probably around 4/500 people there, from a squad of serving army soldiers (didn’t get near enough to see which) RAF personnel, Army & RAF cadets, along with hundreds of ex servicemen & women, locals & well-wishers. Complete with a full send off by the British Legion. At certain points there was spontaneous applause, other times you could hear a pin drop.
The police that were on traffic duty all stood to attention & saluted as the funeral cortège arrived at the driveway to the crematorium.

RIP Mr Percival.
