Lots of detail that can be made up… ‘Established’ & ‘Testinonials’ mean little if one doesn’t have the full real-life history of the directors of both the main firm, and all associate subisideries. If anything goes wrong essentially, who do I call on their day off? - Ghostbusters? 
No mention of pay & conditions, but there is a hint that it’s PAYE without having to pay for it at least… £7 start with promotion prospects to a meaty (:lol:) £8.50 by the end of your fifth year isn’t going to make the modogon wear off, but even 50 pence ph extra for each successive year with both a clean licence and accident-free record would! 
There’s scope for them to be more widespread than the west midlands, so I wonder why they’re not?
