Anyone else owed Wages from Haulier Group

Just wondering what people’s experiences of Haulier Group/EHaul/Northern Bulk Aggregate Ltd/ The Road Network Group etc are?
My partner was owed three weeks wages - which they kept promising to pay and never did. We went through ACAS and even obtained a HC Writ, and all that happened was, the owner whom I believe is called James Cole, ceased trading as Haulier Group and has started working under The Road Network Group, from the same head office at Dartford, but with new staff there.
Having looked into it, this isn’t the first time he has done this. There is an outstanding judgement against the company EHaul, which then changed it’s name to Haulier Group.
He was also owed a week’s holiday pay.
I know that he isn’t the only one owed money and it would be interesting to hear of other’s stories.
Yes, the talk about getting goody bags etc, but that lasted only a few weeks and there was absolutely no bonuses of any type, or any other kind of loyalty reward towards drivers.

Seems they have a habit of shafting drivers…

The kind of outfit to steer well clear of. If they’re in the RHA (which I doubt very much) you may get some sympathy from them.

Point taken… the vain hope that it might have made the OP feel slightly better.
