Anybody trained with atlas doncaster?

Peter Smythe:
OK, I may be wrong with their location. But most companies keep their website up to date to avoid this.

To be fair Pete Good companies don’t need to advertise.

Maybe, but then they would only be known locally, if it was not for advertising I would never have found Pete and I am a happy customer.

Nigel @ TAL Training is the chap you want. He quoted me £360 less than Mr Smythe, and I passed first time.

Yes, the volvo looks a bag of nails (Not sure if he still uses it) but it runs as sweet as a nut and is a pleasure to drive. Sheffield is a great area to take your test - at least the speed limits are well signposted rather than Mansfield where you have to guess if the absence of signs on lampposts is due to the lack of repeaters or if it really is a 30mph limit on an open road with fields on either side.

Nothing against any trainer, but it does appear Mr Smythe is trying a bit too hard.

Mr Smythe is trying a bit too hard.

And I’ll continue trying hard to provide the best there is. Maybe you could tell me where the missing speed limit signs are as I’m not aware of any.

I have to agree, the constant advertising is a bit off putting. I appreciate the help and advise trainers offer on here, but I’m not fond of the sales pitches and railroading when it comes to automatic.

It’s like when you’re in a shop, browsing, and some annoying sales clerk comes over and hovers and pesters you - puts me off buying. I’d sooner go somewhere else.

There is one trainer on here, who constantly slates any other way of driving other than a auto (just so happens he only operates autos) and he’s always like “you’d be crazy not to learn in a auto” gets right on my tatties.
