Hey i have been doing quite a few deliverys in Hull recently and everyday i always see about a dozen or so MAN rigids & drawbars training soldiers up, even instructors are being trained too, anyone on Trucknet whos in the Army up there training ?
I’m not training anymore, but I was in 2004. They’re coming from the Defence School of Transport, up the road at Leconfield.
It’s not just soldiers in the lorries, they train all three services there.
They’re recruiting potential instructors at the moment too.
