The big question is, which one ?
Unless the driver of that HGV is a member on truck net uk then none of us were there so what the point in speculating when there could be hundreds of possible scenarios of what happened.
All I have to say on the matter is if the HGV driver was at fault than I expect he will be doing time for it. If he wasn’t at fault and if that was me I’d be handing my licence in and not driving a truck again.
