Yes MM, that and the guess that IIRC, I recovered a Bedford Rascal from the Esso garage. I’m just not quite sure of the name of the place :confused:

you just reminded me of a story though :laughing:

Palatine Road as you know runs through part of West Didsbury and a was a predominently jewish area of the city.

My dads best mate got sacked from the buses (he was a conductor),after being annoyed by a jewish gentleman…
