Hi all just wondering if anyone has experienced lower back pain and found a good support been looking online, bloody yanks have one that gives you a massage haha

lol Looks like we both had the same idea and problem
I do have a lower back problem ( fractured) I tend to make sure I am sitting properly adjust the seat accordingly & try staying like that at all times & work most of time for me

I suffer quite often and good position in the seat is the only thing that helps. Physiotherapy was a waste of time, and wouldn’t help me at all…
