You could take it on a motorway but I would strongly advise against doing so. They are seriously underpowered this, and the low top speed, could put you in some difficult positions when over taking.
I’d wait until I’d passed my test and risk it on something a bit bigger.
You can do a week’s direct access with a guaranteed pass course, for under £400.

I would suggest you do your Direct Access then mate.
If you want to go on the motorway, you want a bike that will cruise happily at 70-80mph. You don’t want a CG125 or something like that. Not only would you struggle to keep up with the other traffic, but bigger bikes tend to be more stable and comfortable at speed.
Riding a little bike at speed for any length of time is no fun at all!!

of to sort out the nitty gritty on saturday then i’'ll look at a bigger bike after i’ve done my bike test say a 250 takie it steady and get use to what i’m getting first a bit like learning to walk no point in killing myself
