Any auto electricians on here?

I’m trying to find the connectors which fit onto the back of the cigarette lighter socket - basically 2 spade connectors in a T shape housing. I’m after both a male and a female one, so I can intercept the supply to the socket and run a 12v supply over to the bunk area, without having to scotchlok onto the wiring, making it easier to remove afterwards. I could use separate spade terminals, but would rather use the proper connector if available to do a more professional job and less chance of terminals touching something they shouldn’t.

Anybody got any ideas where I could find something like this - have tried RS, Maplin & Rapid with no joy so far.

Thanks

Gary

That’s what I’ve been doing for now, just wanted to get something a bit more permanent.

OK - suitably embarrassed now - I’ve been searching for ages, must have been trying the wrong terminology

Thanks - have ordered a couple!

The spade bits are correct - I was after the T-shaped housing for them though. Madguy has found a supplier for me, and have ordered them up.

Thanks everyone who replied - have also got a few more pages to add to my bookmarks!

It is a good site. I was going to suggest Wurth as they do multi connectors and bits like that
