Why not be a little more flexible ?
Surely a reasonable amount of O/T is expected within your contract of employment if there’s sufficient driving time available. But no doubt you’ve ran yourself to be run ragged, got stressed & spat the dummy out

That was barely annoyed. We expect frothing and spitting, expletive laden rants bemoaning the woe that is heaped onto you by your evil planner. Not a mildly annoyed message about a shift change.

What so we get a three page thread of advice for it all to be ignored, followed by a post that the unit or load wasnt ready untill lunchtime and he has now been sent to the other end of the country on Friday.
