That’s probably due to the big pile up in the Kennedy Tunnel last week,several trucks involved and I believe a few deaths.

not as harsh as it sounds, you do get far too many idiot trucks barrelling into the tunnel and it’s not the best for seeing what’s going on inside - always seems like too great a difference in lighting when it’s daylight outside to me

It wasn’t a nice place to be stuck in that day 
Went through the tunnel yesterday and the matrix signs were all lit up with the 70kph speed. Didn’t stop the numpties going along at warp 9 though
