The other thing is none of these infringements show up on the drivers download unit. There are others that should be on there too

21:55 - 22:32 - 37 min break
05:28 - 06:17 - 49 min break
07:25; FINISH.

Hopefully you can see you clearly went over the 6 hour limit.
To make the rule crystal clear. You can not work more than 6 hours without a break of at least 15 minutes. At any point in your shift.
Cooper you really need to find a better job. 14+ hour shifts should be like a once in a blue moon type affair it should NOT be a weekly occurrence.
Seriously, find another job ideally full time with a reputable company. If it was me I’d be quitting straight away and trying another Agency or somewhere full-time. There are jobs out there.
The only significance of 11:38pm is that was the point you passed 6 hours of total working time, so the requirement for WTD breaks kicked in. Yes, you’d already taken 53 minutes of Break, but you were at that point well into an uninterrupted 7.5 hour period of Working time. It is this period of 7.5 hours that earned you the infringement.
