A so called friend of mine was supposedly stopped on friday and found to have over a 1000 litres of red diesel in the tanks,he has said they gave hime some paperwork and sent him on his way 
Would they impound the lorry or arrest him and what else would they likley do to him and his employer.
VOSA have nothing to do with diesel red or not, that would be customs and excise, sound like a load of cow â– â– â– to me.

years ago, i used to night truck between Coventry and Paris (over 2 nights), if we got tugged by customs and they found illegal immigrants on board, they would not inform immigration, who were in the next lane, and vice versa, immigration would not inform customs if they found 6 pallets of â– â– â– â– in the back of the truck
