Going by some of the links off the BBC page, It’s another case of guilty till proven innocent for the big bad lorry driver…
Rubbish title to thread, how about another cyclist cuts up nearside of truck, or cyclist going through red light hits truck

I knew someone who hit a car in a truck, the headlines were ‘truck kills car driver’ the paper neglected to mention the car was overtaking on the wrong side of the road on a blind bend
