Came around M60 this morning and between the A580 and M62 Liverpool junction someone had tied a rope to the bridge which was dangling just at truck windscreen height in middle lane!!! There was something on the bottom of the rope like a rock etc luckily i was in inside lane as im sure that would cause some damage :angry:

My mate phoned them as he was a few mins in front of me (And in middle lane :open_mouth: ) They asked him if there was anyone on it :confused: and said they would send someone out.
