I was put on a tacho course by my employer but still have a few unanswered questions
Is it true that a driver cannot have two consecutive reduced weekly rests?
and if you start the day on tacho no matter what you drive tacho rules still apply?
Im sure i was told anything under 3.5 tonne then it is just recorded as other work?

Or you could read this
You can have two reduced weekly rest periods in a row as long as they are not the only weekly rest periods in the 2 weeks.
Driving a non tacho vehicle on the same day as you work under tacho regs is recorded as other work, not driving.
Thank you coffeeholicbut with reference to my first point if i work mon to sat driving week one work mon to friday within my 90 hours tge following week but on the sat do a course does this make sense isthis legal can i do this or is it an infringment
