Got me monthly analysis back and was picked up for going over 90kph(58 mph on motor way),as the wagon is ltd to 54mph my boss says this is why it showed up,but i am within the speed limit so surly have done nothing wrong■■?

It’s just showing that the veh exceeded the speed limiter settings not that you have broken the law.
speed limiter settings are set so that under power the veh can only reach X mph the law states the max speed for a veh of the class i assume your driving Class 1 C+E is 60mph so there for no law has been broken.
