(Another) Scania Question

I need to run a length of coaxial from the CB aerial (The one fitted on the near side of the Topliner) to my CB…How the freak do I access the inside of the aerial mount - I know it’s behind the panel , but how do I get to it■■?

it may have coax attached to the mount already and just needs and end put on if so wrap it well with insulation tape incase it touches the metal cab and causes interference

Pull the roof lining out. (4 series) assume R series would be the same?

On the R series take the locker out on passenger side above windscreen(open and there is three or four screws then the whole thing will drop out) you can then get you hand up to the aerial mount and feed the cable to the back of the panel above your head.

4 series is a bit harder you have to pull the linning away and squeze you hand beteewn the bunk and the panel

What he said on the R series. You will need torx for them (check the trucks little toolkit)
