As this is from an agency, Have you done any other work on your rest days ?

Then all is fine, the weekly rest period is 45 hrs but may be reduced once in a two week period and repaid on the 3rd week,

It’s not possible to say for certain without knowing how long the reduced weekly rest periods on the 11th and 14th were, but if from when you started work on the 12th to when you finished work on the 17th was no more than 144 hours (six 24 hour periods) it’s likely that the rest day on the 14th will have paid back the compensation required for the reduced weekly rest period on the 11th.
