Not Gibraltar, even the old areas of the port in Gib look better than this one…

Durres is ultra-modern compared to this port, they have real dockside cranes and not the floating pontoons that often capsize in this old place.
There is a clue in the second pic but it might not be obvious.

after visiting the Port of Durres on 4 occasions, i can confirm that the port in these pics are far better than Durres
I am surprised this is still waiting to be solved, clue needed maybe?
30+ years ago in this port the “White Duster” would have been seen…
