, there’s an excellent and cheap cafe just down the road from my gaff.
It’s called Ings Mill Cafe and if you do any work for Fox’s Biscuits or Synthomer in Batley you should know where it is 
.

If you come to the main lights in Batley and take a bear left up the hill (Hick Lane) and follow it along where it becomes Wellington Street. Just as the road bends round to the right there’s a double left turning. Take a good swing and turn left virtually back on yourself down Field Lane and you’ll be faced with this view :
Just park up on the left or right and walk through those gates on the right and it’s just there on the left.
Decent breakfast and a pot of tea… £2.80
