Well after a few months of trying finally got a start with a local company doing artic flatbed work.
I found the 2 years thing was never a issue other than one agency, biggest hurdle was companies not getting back in touch.
How i got my chance was i offered to go out with a driver for a few shifts unpaid. Couple of runs in and they were short of drivers one day so asked if i could cover a shift and have never looked back since
