totally agree BUT what need’s to be done there is build a shop/shower block etc on the lorry park itself well away from main building and cater for drivers like toddy and w/gap used to.

I don’t see the point being honest. Going up the M6 Corley is 20 minutes away, up the M1 it’s about the same to Leicester Forest East then down south you’ve got Watford Gap 10 mins down the way plus Northampton another 15 mins after that so it’s well served for service areas.
Having said that if neither Roadchef or Welcome Break are willing to invest in their facilities fair play to Moto for being willing to fill a gap.
Hopefully they fill Watford Gap with some spare concrete. ■■■■ hole

In last 10 years around Rubgy,Crock was builder plenty warehouse.This will be first new services in last 10 years.City council must make pressure to construction.If build new warehouse that need build around warehouse extra parking simelrar Morrisson in Kettering.

Just south of the slip roads that go nowhere off the M6! Apparently they were for a service area that was never built, the idea was they wanted services every 12 miles when they were building the motorways (hence the short distances between Pagnall, Northampton and Gap), but changed their minds halfway through, which is why these slip roads just stop.
