Just a query about where I stand with this week’s hours.
I should be done today by 7pm. Will be taking a reduced break so I can get to Cardiff and raglan tomorrow to finish and hopefully end up with at least 30 hours rest till I start work on Thursday morning. Then I will be working Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday with 11 hours inbetween each and finishing early hours Monday morning after driving a few hours from weymouth back to sth Wales.
Is this allowable and would I have to take a 45 or more from next Monday?
Assuming the last weekly rest you had was a minimum of 45 hours then I can’t see a problem with the scenario you describe and you could drive Monday and Tuesday aswell before having another weekly rest of 45 hours minimum if you wanted to.

Your next regular 45 weekly rest must start no later than 2359 on sunday 9th August if the 48 off you have just taken was used for last week
