Tragic. Bit of local knowledge on this one; apparently the two bulk tipper drivers were coming down Pengawse Hill, and the Tesco lorry, going up the hill, veered across the road towards them. One bulker swerved into the ditch to avoid him, the other hit his mate up the back when he braked.
Given that this is single-carriageway and only about 1/4 mile from a roundabout, unlikely he’d have nodded off. More info as I get it.
Showed the aftermath on the local news earlier looked a hell of a mess…
RIP drive.
RIP driver. Just read this while sitting in the park with my kids. Makes you look at moments like this in a different light. Make the most of the precious little things
