all I saw was him overtaking on a second lane and pulling in when it became one so unless he cut the other driver up which Is what I am assuming the police saw then it was a perfectly legal manoeuvre.
The silver car must have been at the side of him when he pulled in and he forced it onto the pavement, well that’s what the police said anyway and they were there.
Even if he wasn’t familiar with the road, when he pulled out to overtake it could be seen that the lanes merged just past the lights so he should have pulled back in behind the silver car rather than continuing knowing that he would have to force his way back into the queue of traffic.
A lorry overtaking a queue of vehicles in that situation was dumb and pointless.
Pretty much what it looked like to me. A pointless overtake with no road left to do it safely and he gets himself nicked in the process. Smart!

he is a bit like one of these daft headcam cyclists, enthusiastically riding into a dangerous situation presumably in hope of an exciting video - only difference is this clown is doing it in a 44 ton truck. As ‘contraflow’ has just said, he’s no right in the heed.

A gross misunderstanding of what a troll actually is sounds like something boredwicorrectspellin would say. Doesnt like anyone telling him he’s a ■■■ and his driving is appalling so instead throws insults about and gives it “I wouldnt entertain you” in an attempt to save face and convince himself he’s always in the right and not actually a guy whos gonna kill someone one day
