My personal opinion on checks, especially for assessments is do it like you normally would, I wouldn’t even ask… if I started and they said ‘no need, been done already’ I’d say I would still prefer a check if it’s ok for my own piece of mind if nothing else. I can’t see an assessor putting that down as a black mark.

Yeah I did full proper check so that was all good. He ran through the fridge too which was helpful… I’m super happy and it’s a weight off my mind

Thank you guys! My xmas is definetly better now I know I have a job. Hopefully the agency can give me a few shifts. Worse case il do a few recovery shifts but I kind of want to dodge that if I can. That side of the industry just seems so bent and dodgy
