What/who is the ‘Anorak’ clocking ?
On the bridge,M1 south/Kilsby road, just before Watford Gap. Every time I come south he’s seems to be there with his Binoculars, then as I drive under the bridge he rushes to his car boot & writes something down !
I was just wondering if he’s an Eddie Spotter or a Bloody Plain Clothed do Gooder, reporting all the ‘Terrible Things’ us drivers get up-to, like eating a Crisp or not wearing a seatbelt etc.

I hav’nt got Air Horns, just the silly little ‘Peep’ that they fit to M A Ns. (Boo Hoo ! )

Saw him this afternoon. Definitely had a camera.
Funnily enough, a few miles down the road, there was an ANPR camera in the side door of a marked police van on a bridge, pointing in the same direction.

I saw the Revenue Camera as well, on the bridge just before Newport Pagnel. Clocking up plenty of cash for our Lovely Government

That’s there nearly everyday. I thought it was a speed camera van?
Perhaps first guy was radioing ahead to second van to zoom in on cab to see approaching driver guy with feet on the dash, eating a pot noodle and watching a DVD.
The DVD was a Pirate, and they’re clamping down on that sort of thing.
