are they working the driving hours out differently from ano to digis as ive been doing the same job , same hours for 3 months and only had one infringement for 4 mins short on a break but on the third print out ive got 10hrs 56 driving, no message on the tacho at 9hrs 45 mins to warn me, does it warn you,

The only warning regarding driving time that the VU has to give is the one at 4:15 and then the one at 4:30. I have seen them give a warning after 10 hours but that’s optional, not a requirement
