I am watching an episode of Emergency and she interviewed a paramedic. He was actually a hospital registrar who had just finished a 12 hour shift, then jumped in an ambulance to do a night shift.
The next shot showed a loaded ambulance with the front end stuffed into a car.

And they tell us that tired drivers kill
Its suprising who gets away with doing more hours than they should, got off a RyanAir flight at Stanstead a couple of years ago, as i was walking past the cockpit a member of the ground crew was asking the pilot if he would do another round trip to majorca, when the pilot told him he was short of hours, he was told not to worry about it.
I didnt see if he attached a magnet to the plane, and i bet they dont risk a £5000 fine for fiddling,

My mate who works in hospitals says they go over hours all the time.
It happens in all work places, but its only us that can face prisons for doing it, a total â– â– â– â– take if you ask me.
But there is only the spineless unions, FTA and RHA to blame for this situation, so theres no point getting excited about it, becuase â– â– â– â– all will ever be done about it.

It was trick photography as the plane is made out of aluminium and a magnet wouldnt stick. Fact.
