Description
Class one or two drivers required to collect and deliver new or used vehicles across the UK using trade plates. Must be prepared to do nights out and be able to use own initiative to get between jobs for which expenses are paid. Must be smart and presentable and relish a challenge. Equipment and training provided. Expenses paid at 17 pence per mile for travel costs to get to and from the job. This is to be reimbursed at end of second week. Therefore a float of £200 (£100 per week) may be required to cover initial two weeks expenses. Financial commitment required you may be asked to provide a fee if you are successful in your application. You are advised to seek independent financial advice. .

thats laughable, i tried trade plating about 6 years ago on the hgv side, what a shambles, i lasted about 8 hours and out of pocket by about 50 quid, i wouldn’t touch this kind of work with a barge pole :slight_smile:

Thought the idea of work is that you get paid for what you do, not the other way round :confused:

So let me get this right,they will pay you a wage of £350 p/w for thumbing a lift of total strangers to deliver trucks up and down the country but want money of you for the joy of getting freezing cold, soaked to the skin and totally fed up.
Where exactly does the 17p p/mile come in, while your wearing your thumb out or while your actually delivering.
Didn`t realise april fools day had moved to november.

The worst part is, some ■■■■■■’ moron will actually go and pay them to do this job for them… :imp:
