No doubt the Eco warriors will justify it, they always seem to find ways. Although they are wrong 100% of the time in my eyes.
I done a cycling proficiency course when I was a kid, the government need to introduce some kind of test/licence and perhaps liability insurance to cover wing mirrors and scratches down vehicles/any other damage caused.
Until some of the above gets brought into use, they won’t get an inch of space nor sympathy from me.

If he did get killed and the cyclist behind wasn’t there, I would bet my wages that the driver would’ve been blamed and a certain posters on here would have a stiff over it
I think them little bikes should be banned or have a big flag pole sticking out the back of them as there near impossible to see

The really stupid thing is that there is obviously offroad provision there which,no surprise,neither of the typical use the road at all costs cycling morons wanted to use. 
Definitely a future candidate for the Darwin award.
