Should be barred from driving HGVs forever. If you’re stupid enough to do this kind of crap in the first place, then you should be stopped from ever doing it again.

Unless he’s swapped his licence for a UK one, I didn’t think we had agreements to take peoples licences if they were issued in another country? Would have expected he could just zip off back to Romania afterwards and driven again over there. Although from what I hear from a couple of decent Romanian lads at our place a bottle of Vodka is essential kit for some of their roads.
DOn´t know about a ban being active in other countries, but I DO know that a drink driving endorsement in Spain doesn´t count in UK, and vice versa.
