- Is the tachograph the draw type ?
If so the chart goes in with the front of the chart facing upward.
If the tachograph is not the draw type, open the tachograph and look for the 3 pins that draw the graph, the front of the chart should be facing those 3 pins.
- You cannot be done for speeding on the information on the tachograph alone, but it can be used as evidence in a court case.
