Yep, they’re next ddor to the US V.I.
I went to one of the US ones, St Thomas, it was a stop off on a cruise, went out on a sail boat that did the leaning over thing where you have to hang over the side that’s in the air, pretty cool stuff 
“Doing the leaning over thing” means that you were sailing close hauled. Hope that you enjoyed the experience.
