Anybody got any idea of the best route in ? I’ve got a 45 ft artic 14ft 6 high , il be coming from Plymouth centre , thanks in advance
Google street view shows a coach depot and a biffa yard so it should have decent access, why not give them a call.

Good idea. Did you find out about Rugby truckstop using that call method?

Why not try the biffa depot in the morning, they are usually early starters.
I’ve been here albeit in a rigid, take the a386 to tavistock town centre, go right at the roundabout with the war memorial, then you will arrive at a mini roundabout. Go left then straight over another mini roundabout. (you are right in the middle of town at this point). Head up the hill and after a mile or so you take a left turn, anothe mile or so turn left and it will be on the left past biffa. Exit same way. A&M run artics so you shouldn’t have too much difficulty with access, the roads are not that tight from memory (for devon standards anyway!)
When you come out come back to tavistock and there is a low bridge and weight restriction further along the road where you make that left turn upto am yard.
Looking at it again you could also go in from the other end, join the a390 at the war memorial roundabout, follow to gulworthy cross roundabout and turn right onto the b3362, straight over the crossroads onto a single track but fairly wide road, next crossroads turn right and yard will be on right, might be better this way to set yourself up for a nice easy reverse if you find you cant spin in the yard.
Thanks fir your directions masetheace spot on went up the 390 and that way in cheers
