Hi all,

Sorry it’s taken some time to update you on my first job, but it’s the best thing I could have done having a change to driving. It may only be a 7.5 tonne but it’s a Daf LF on a 08 plate, driving from warehouse to outdoor shops, not loads of miles but will all help when I go for my class 2. As a few of you said tail lefts are so easy and yes still got all my fingers and toes. Hope everything keeps going as good as it has for the last week and looking forward to see what happens over the next few weeks, will let you know.

Don’t put yourself down because it’s only 7.5 tonner, one of the best jobs I had was coming off artic onto 7.5 tonner for 7 months in 2013 so much easier and only 50p per hour less
