There used to be a load of pictures of the red & white one on a thread from years ago. As those local to Suffolk will know, this was an R620 which was one of a few similar looking trucks sold by the garage on the A140 near Mendlesham. I think if I recall correctly, it was run by a guy based out of Roy Humphrey’s yard a few miles up the 140, doing refrigerated work. Humphreys then sold it on and it ended up with its current owners.

Yep Tony i see one quite a lot loading at Northumbrian Foods in Amble, its a 4x2 R series and thats red and white, the truck always looks mint
Yeah thats her philis, always mint, Alpha an Omega seem to do a lot of work out of Amble, seen them in there my self, 1 of the white r series is badged as a 620 but its only a 480, mostly subbbies iirc…
