Getting really frustrated with all this waiting around in honesty!
Had my medical then waited 10 days for my license to come back now got to wait close to 3 weeks for my theory test!
GRRR i just want to get driving, no doubt ill have to wait for my training and then my test too!
Any way rant over!
Good things come to those who wait. Just think this time next year…
I know how you feel by the way, I’ve not even been down to the training place yet and I still have to wait until December until I’ve got the funds together, and even then that’s only for the CAT C!!
I’ve told myself that I want to be driving full time by April next year, in the meantime I get my trucking fix via YouTube, truck mags and theory revision lol

I had medical at beginning of feb 2012 and finally got class 1 licence back from DVLA on 23rd July, having passed (fluked) all tests at 1st attempt…it’ll happen!

I’ve had my licence for 41 years… done 3 weeks with BRS then went continental…
First trip was to Al Kobar, Saudi Arabia.
Now 41 years later… I never saw my children grow up, I was never there for their first words, their first steps, their first day at school.
Think very carefully before investing a lot of money… If you still want to do it then don’t get married or have any children
