The negative stuff being spouted really doesn’t help but of course we want to know people’s opinions, just go about it in a different way. That’s the whole idea of a forum, without it turning into a sewing circle lol 
I’m not out to antagonise people btw, it’d be nice if we could share our problems in a good way

Also, let’s not have a witch hunt. Alder can express his views as he see’s fit. If you disagree with them, then say so in the relevant thread. Simples! 
Could he have been doing the job for a few years so not being negative but being truthful

Its the internet, if you post enough you’ll find some keyboard warrior takes a dislike and gives it large, they can get quite personal.
Best to ignore them as you would the muttering nutter/drunk in the street.
By the way, to avoid confusion this in no way is a comment on Alder, nor the OP, as i haven’t a clue what might have happened between them, it’s a general comment about t’internet and avoiding conflict if possible.
