Might be worth asking a few of the trailer repair boys who are kicking about the port in their vans. They’re not the sort of thing I’ve ever seen for sale in a truckstop, companies usually tend to order them in or get them from a specialist supplier who deals in truck related accessories. The company I used to work for had an account with a small shop in Immingham that did palm connectors, air suzies, abs leads and a million other truck related things but not much good when you dont know where it is, and unfortunetely not much good if you’re in Harwich!
Im after a spare set if you find someone making them for reasonable money… Nearly had heart attacks when i’ve been sitting there and for some reason think i’ve left them on the trailer.
Then screw them together - I would think air brake connections would almost certainly supply the 1/2" male to male as well.
Don’t get M22 palm couplings if possible as although you can get male and female ‘C’ couplings in M22 as well the M22 male to male is dearer and harder to come by.
Any decent trailer spares shop round the ports should have them or can sell you the compnents for you to knock up yourself. Always worth carrying spares as it’s easily done, along with forgetting your winding handle for the legs.
These sell the required bits if you’re around purfleet/tilbury.
Got caught out on the landing legs handle a few weeks ago - takes a bloody long time with a screwdriver through the shaft, won’t be forgetting that again…
If your doing ferry trls or other euro trailers why dont you get a set of correct self sealing plams and use the adaptors in case you pull uk trailers a lot better with self sealers on than adaptors, or if your clever put a pair of c couplings on to the truck and have a set of each on a set of susies

On an average week I’ll have 2-3 days on ferry trailers, and the rest on my normal trailer, so doesn’t seem a great deal of point swapping the fittings over on the lines, and then still have to worry about forgetting the adaptors when on a UK trailer.
Does seem strange though, that after all these years of European integration and harmonisation, there are still both standards being used - would have expected that we would have had to fall into line with the rest of the EU and go over to palms by now
