Hi guys,
So basically the air brake system won’t let you go anywhere until sufficiently charged etc
but …
Could there be a time where you could experience hard pedal and soft pedal with air brakes ?
And possible causes ?

If your having to repeatedly brake harshly you will lose air pressure until you get a warning light or sound telling you your air pressure is too low.

So in your experience Adam there shouldn’t really be a time where the brake pedal is hard etc ?
It will only ever get less resistant not more resistant ?
I’ve never experienced a hard pedal on an air brake system.
One for the resident mechanics here - Would frozen water in the air system cause the pedal to go harder as it has to squeeze the air through a smaller hole?
Rarely do you ever see drivers pulling the drain plug on bottom of air tanks anymore.

A lot of drivers wouldn’t know about it .
I kick the valves off for a bit not fully drained of air but enough .
Cheers for the replies guys,
I was freaking out as I had my test the next day and my mind was racing about everything,
