Anyone know if this will affect conditions at driving agencies?
It will effect only those jobs where the full time staff get paid more then the agency worker. Most driving jobs are the other way round. The agency driver tends to get more money than the full time driver!
Probably end up the same way as the working time directive!
which is the opposite of what they deserve.
