Does anyone know how you work out what holiday pay you are due from an agency and also how you would go about getting sick pay?
Holiday pay is accrued differently depending upon you agency, and how they calculate it, take a closer look at the Ts & Cs they gave you when you signed up, to get a better idea. If not just phone and ask em, or better still phone on monday morning and ask to speak to the person who does the wages.
The manditory 16/20 days holiday rule will only have any creedance if you work agy 24/7/365
but your looking at 5/7 working non stop for 3 months to accrue 5 days off
sick pay is normally good old SSP
Driver Hire (Fife) stated they wouldn’t pay me SSP, i am now claiming Incapacity Benefit until i’ve recovered. I’m not going back to them either…
