Can anyone tell me what an agency charges its clients per hour for a 7.5t driver and a class 1 driver working days.

Your question isn’t in my area of expertise, but I do know that there are different rates depending on the type of work and the geographic region. Eg, HIAB or ADR qualified drivers would expect a better-than-average hourly rate for their type of work, which would probably be reflected in the charge-out rate.
I’d suggest that the guys who can answer your question might be better able to help if you give your approximate location and the type of work you have in mind. 
dunno about 7.5ton but i get a class 1 day driver for £10.36ph min 8hrs straight through no o/t rate. £13.50ph sundays and bank hols.
